Vaca or Stayca?

Going on Vacation
or stay-cation this year?
By air, land or sea?
If you could go anywhere, and knew you would get home, money were no obstacle and barring any unforseen circumstances...
where would your heart lead you? Where would your itchy feet take you? What would your wandering eyes want to see?

First I'd fly to the South Pacific and see Tahiti and a bunch of those islands, then to Australia for about a month, New Zealand for a week or two, head back with a stop in Hawaii for one of those inter-island cruises, pit stop at home for laundry and bill-paying, then off to Italy for an indeterminate amount of time.

Of course all flights would be in first class (since we're dreamin' here anyways) and all hotels would be good ones--not necessarily the most expensive, but the cleanest, friendliest and most comfortable. I'd snorkel the Great Barrier Reef, stay in one of those villas over the water with the glass floor, climb Ayer's Rock, climb the bridge in Sydney Harbor, see whatever's playing in the Sydney Opera House, cuddle a koala, learn more about Aborigines, climb the volcanoes in Hawaii, walk the black sand beaches, try my hand at surfing, and bask in the glory of Italy to my hearts' content.

Wanna come?
